The national average for hospitalizations has, according to some sources, reversed its recent declines. The number of deaths-per-day has increased by more than ten percent in Delaware, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Colorado, Virginia, New York, Connecticut, and Tennessee. Since mid- February, Americans are circulating more widely and with more people. This gives the virus more opportunities. The virus has no self-restraint. Most humans can choose to be self-restrained. Our actual behavior is too often the result of not choosing.
